How the inquiry process works
From first contact to a confirmed programme booking, here is what to expect.
Initial conversation
After you submit the form or call us, we arrange a 30-minute phone or video call. We want to understand your organisation, the seniority of participants and the specific outcomes you need. There is no charge for this call.
Stakeholder interviews
We speak with two or three people in your organisation: the sponsor, a participant and sometimes an HR lead. These interviews take about 20 minutes each and give us the context to design relevant exercises and case studies.
Programme proposal
Within ten working days of the interviews, we send you a written proposal. It includes the programme outline, facilitator bios, logistics, pricing and available dates. You can request changes before confirming.
Delivery and follow-up
We deliver the programme at your premises or at a venue we recommend. Three months later, we send a short impact survey to participants and their line managers, then share a summary report with you.

How far in advance should we book?
For bespoke team programmes, we recommend six to eight weeks of lead time. That gives us enough room for stakeholder interviews and programme design. Open-enrolment workshops fill up roughly four weeks before the start date, so booking early secures your place.
What does a typical programme cost?
One-to-one executive coaching starts at £3,200 for the six-session package. Team intensives range from £8,500 to £14,000 depending on group size, duration and whether we arrange the venue. Open-enrolment workshops are £1,450 per participant. All prices exclude VAT. We provide a detailed quote after the initial conversation.
Can you deliver programmes outside Wales?
Yes. We work across the UK. About a third of our clients are based in London, and we regularly run programmes in Birmingham, Manchester and Edinburgh. For locations outside England and Wales, we add travel costs to the proposal.
Do you offer virtual delivery?
We offer a hybrid format for one-to-one coaching: sessions alternate between in-person and video call. For team intensives, we strongly prefer in-person delivery because the exercises rely on group dynamics that are difficult to replicate on screen. If travel is genuinely impossible, we can adapt a two-day programme into four half-day virtual sessions, though we find the outcomes are stronger face to face.
What happens if we need to cancel?
Cancellations made 14 or more days before the programme start date receive a full refund minus a £250 administration fee. Cancellations within 14 days incur a charge of up to 50% of the programme fee, because by that point we have completed the design work and reserved facilitator time. Rescheduling is free if the new date falls within 90 days.
Who are the facilitators?
Our core team consists of four facilitators, each with at least ten years of board-level or senior management experience before moving into leadership development. We do not use associate trainers or subcontractors. When you book a programme, we name the facilitator in the proposal so you can review their background and request a brief introductory call if you wish.
